Our Story
MDB Construction Pro was founded on a straightforward principle: commercial clients deserve genuinely independent advice. Too often, consultancy practices are tied — formally or informally — to contractors, developers, or funders whose interests don't always align with the client's. We exist to change that.
With a career built on senior roles across project management and cost consultancy, our principal brings MCIOB and PMP accreditation, deep NEC and JCT contract expertise, and a track record spanning some of the UK's most demanding commercial and industrial commissions.
We work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means every commission receives the full attention of an experienced senior consultant — not a junior team managed from a distance.
